Randomly not receiving updates from the server... I think.

Every five minutes or so, all chat stops updating, and my games get extremely strange looking - I can maintain control of my character, and my messages are sent to the server, such as ability use, attack commands, and resources go up and down, but I don't get cooldowns on my abilities, my model doesn't change if I switch modes on Rek'Sai, and particles don't go off. Sometimes champions don't appear, if they weren't on my screen before starting. If I recall and leave the pad when it does this, after it stops doing whatever the fuck it's doing, my screen flies over to the summoner pad, even though I'm not there anymore.

PVP.net randomly stops sending me the messages that appear in General Discussion. I notice because it's pretty active right now, so every once in a while when the messages stop, I close and try to reopen it. Takes like a full minute or so.

I have zero idea how to replicate this, but it's happening right now. I've logged out and back in about four times now and it persists. I keep joining the chat room even when I'm tabbed out and not even paying attention.
