Enemy instantly dies randomly

I was playing , and the enemy playing , i was farming and zoning her from any farm. i once hit her and she ran a bit and she instantly took a lot of damage damage and i got first blood.She didn't die from my basic attack or the poison, and there wasn't anyone nearby, she just randomly died.
