[GAMEPLAY] Garen's Q cannot hit the nexus (in ARAM)

I don't know whether this bug applies to other Nexuses besides ARAM.

Garen is unable to hit the Nexus while his Q is active.

to reproduce: Go to an unprotected enemy Nexus in an ARAM game. Hit Q and then right click on the Nexus. Garen will just stand there doing nothing (until his Q wears off).
