Unable to Load into the Battle [Crash]

This is most likely my fault, but I am not sure how to correct the issue. I reset my PC, re-installed League and then tried to join a match. After selecting my champion the game crashed, and continued to crash each time I tried to re-join the battle. Upon further investigation it also crashed upon trying to view replays. I am assuming something got deleted during the reset that was not re-installed with the League installer. Can anyone help me correct this? I don't want to get banned for "leaving the battle."
