Issue with new Champ Select- Using a skin in game that I don't own!

First pick picked Nami for me, and likewise, I picked Katarina for them. My Urf the Nami-tee skin was already selected. I pressed accept and waited for the game to start. When we got into the loading screen, it said "Koi Nami Element" which is weird because that is my least favorite Nami skin and I definitely don't own it, much less a chroma. I figured it was a UI bug and the first pick player must own it. However, when we got into game, sure enough I was the golden Koi Nami! I think this is a bug with the new champ select. Screenshots included below. You can see I do NOT own Koi Nami.

Edit: After reading some other threads, I though it important to add that they were first pick and I was 4th pick.
