Skin from chest missing

Hi I had unlocked debonaire Ez skin from the chest and I kept it and forged for use. However when i tried to put on the skin, it would not let me. This similar incident actually happened several months ago eith Tryndamere. I dont think Im mistaken that I forged Demonblade trybdamete skin and the next day i tried to put it on, it wouldnt let me. I didnt know we could get help from this forum so I thought I might get my voice heard. Thanks for your time, I hope something gets resolved for my issues.
