Morgana Black Shield Sometimes Does Not Stop Blitz Hook While Using Guardian

This bug is suspected to be similar to the previous aery and black shield bug. Aery used to expire after 2 seconds and take the Morgana spell shield with it (but left the purple visual). This allowed for cc to occur on black shield's target 2 seconds after the shield was used, despite its 5 second duration. We believe that guardian shield is working in the same way. Once guardian shield is proc'd (and consumed by the tower shot) perhaps black shield only appears visually and no longer blocks cc from blitz hook. Black shield worked fine against hooks before and after this clip.

Edit: After watching this over and over, it seems that the spell shield still absorbs magic damage (hook, ult lightning proc, and ultimate), but still avoids physical damage (blitz e empowered auto). The shield definitely still blocks some damage, but does not block cc as intended.
