[GAMEPLAY] Got lags when my ping is 20+

I got this problem for about 2 days. I don't know why I got this problem, and I even don't know is that a bug or a network problem. I didn't download anything when playing games. When I'm in game, I can see my ping is 24-26. But when I click to move and use skills, I should wait for about 2-3 seconds to do it.
