Game Crashing

Hello, Riot.

I got back to LOL after a few months away, and unfortunately i haven´t been having a good experience in my return. Every single time i play in the Botlane (whether i´m a Support or a ADC) my game crashes at around 5 to 10 minutes. During this time i´m not able to hear anything or do anything on my PC, i´m just able to move my mouse around the frozen LOL screen. ALT+F4 does not work either and i have to turn off my PC so i can get back to the game.

I have been getting reported for AFK behaviours but it´s not my fault.. I Actually have a 5 game ban right now and it sucks :(

Try downloading and running the Hextech Repair Tool. When running the HRT, make sure to check the "Reinstall" box. This will repair corrupted game files that could be affecting game performance.

If a reinstall does not fix the issue, send a Support Ticket over to Riot Support explaining the issue. Make sure to attach the generated Hextech Repair Tool logs in your ticket.
