[Gameplay] wont load

Every time i get to the loading screen for a game it says Check firewall documentation.... ive done everything from disabling avast and windows firewall and checked to make sure it was going through. But it is still coming up with this issue... I have even unistalled and re installed the client... could i get some help here?
