[gameplay/client] Mastery issue.

Masteries don't register in game. can change masteries rename them and such even pick em in champ select. I have no keystone in game. i get this msg when I click a mastery set under mastery tab. "Error An unexpected error has occurred Sorry about that. We've sent a report to the server. If you continue encountering this error you may want to check the support site forum for more information." :(
