lol client has stopped responding and has closed

Occasionally when I accept a match my screen will just freeze and then my computer will close the client. When it closes the client it says that "LOL client has stopped responding." I have checked my security and maintenence tabs to see if my computer can generate a solution to the problem but sadly it cannot. This is a very annoying problem because it has happened to me twice in one day(usually not that frequently). This has resulted in me receiving a 24 minute ban from ranked games.

#Beta Client

Click the cog to the top right corner of the client then click "Initiate Full Repair".

#Legacy Client

Repair the game by clicking the question mark icon to the top right of the patcher. Select "Repair" and let the patcher scan and repair corrupt game files. When the process is completed, you'll see the orange "Launch" button.
