Still in Low Priority Queue

Hello, thanks to my broken GPU i left a game recently and i was placed in low priority queue for 5 games. Now after those 5 games it should go away, yet i still have it. This is my match history http://prntscr.com/d7q0dg . please help me.... i dont want to have this forever
