I can't connect to games and keep getting frozen on a screen

Anyways, sometimes I try to play a game, but the game starts for a second, but then it freezes for no reason. Since patch 9.18 this bug has been the stuff of nightmare, cause you never when the bug is going to strike and it is frustrating to deal with cause I need to restart my computer, but the bug makes it so that the duration for my computer to open and be ready for playing. I tried alt+f4, ctrl+shift+esc to open the task manager, but it doesn't show and I tried ctrl+alt+delete also for the task manager but to no avail. Please Fix this problem cause it lost me 2 games of ranked.

I have this issue as well. Especially with TFT, I will accept the game but my entire PC freezes at the loading screen. Nothing but black. I am unable to open any other program or my task manager. I have to sign out of my OS or hard reset the entire thing just to get access again.
