Connection issues even after the new patch

This morning i got on league to see that there was a new update (bug fixes). As of late, i have been having connection issues and have been receiving a multitude of lag in game. For some reason, my ping would skyrocket at times for no apparent reason. Since the jhin update, this has been resolved. But another problem appeared to replace the previous one. For the past couple of days, my keys suck as q,w,e,r,b and the space bar have not been working at times. Making skill shots near impossible to hit. I would need to spam my keys many times before it would activate. I do not have a locked screen so whenever i would go to press the space bar to lock on to my champion it would take at least 10 seconds to register. Even then, it was late on my pressing. I can type normally in team chat/all chat and I have alt tabbed to see if i can use the keys elsewhere. Fortunately, I can. Last night i decided to replace the batteries in my mouse and keyboard and have reset all settings in game such as exp showings, colorblind mode etc. This has helped tremendously yet there are still times where the skill shot is late on my pressings on the keyboard. I am 100 percent sure it is not my keyboard or my connection doing this but instead the league servers. Lastly, back to the update i mentioned, i thought that this patch was going to bring fixes in what i had been experiencing. Yet instead, I start up a game just to have the game crash and me not being able to play. I remember riot putting up a notification before the patch about games crashing but I didn't think too much of it. Anyways, I would just like to know why the game has been so buggy and slow as of late. Any answers regarding my problems would be much appreciated.
