IP did not decrease

hello , its my first report , i happened to purshase a lulu to day but my ip did not decrease ,in the first i thought it was a client side visual bug and it will be fixed after i play match , so i did play but after i finished the amount of ip did not change, it increased instead, i said maybe the bug still there i should reconnect , i closed the client and open it again and my ip still there and i have lulu too.

open the shop again it will update. this is a visual bug
