Abilities/Mouse Pathing not Registering

As mentioned in the title, recently whenever I am playing with my friends, my abilities will not register/my character will move without my control, or stay idle. Like, my game is running fine otherwise; everyone else is able to do their thing. My ping is good, fps is great, keyboard isn't broken and same goes with my mouse, I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the game with no fix to this issue. I honestly have no idea why things aren't registering now.

This latency has been frustrating me for the last couple of days, and I can't enjoy the game like this. Any help would be much appreciated.
