Attempting to reconnect....

I'v been put into a low priority que for afking which I have no complaints about! but every time i try and start a game itll run the 5 minutes timer and then freeze at 5:01. im assuming because iv dicconected from the server once or twice. iv tried all the solutions riot has provided be it flush my DNS. port forwarding. etc. and im getting more and more frustrated! can anyone help or is anyone having the same issue?
