First PBE Login Bug

Hello..I just created my PBE account..and I said..why not launch game and go in to check some things out..I patched the game then I clicked launch..It put me in the login screen..everything good but then when I am supposed to put in my name I am getting a black screen..what should I do? Any suggestions on what I should do? I really want to test Jhin and other stuff..:( I have Windows 8.1 btw.
