[GAMEPLAY] Lucian - Ult doesn't do 400% damage to minions
Lucian's ult is only dealing the base + bonus ad damage to minions instead of doing the 400% like it's supposed to. I was able to reproduce it in multiple games with both the default skin and the Project skin.
- Pick Lucian and get lvl 6
- Ult minions
The only items I had on him when I did it were Doran's blade, B.F. sword, and a trinket so I don't think items affect it.
