Zoe infinite blue?

While playing a match using Zoe, i died after getting blue buff after killing a champion (can't remember which) when i re-spawned I've noticed that i had 20% cdr still up and my mana consumption wasn't that bad and the visuals of the blue buff were still there. Since I found about the bug I told my team about it and we surrendered because it would've been unfair otherwise
