Tryndamere Tweak suggestion and BUG

Well I am a Tryndamere main currently at plat and planning to diamond but it will be harder in season 6 than ever before.

Basically I would like to note a tweak and a bug on Tryndamere.

Tweak.... Can we make it so Tryndamere can cast ult after casting (W) Mocking shout? Tryn can cast all abilities simultaneously except W. I am not advocating to allow him to use W with Q(heal) and E(spin) but can we make it so it can be used with his ultimate?????? Currently his ultimate will not activate if he presses W right before his ultimate, or at the same time. His ultimate has a (.5 second delay?) and it seems something with Mocking shout makes it so those two cannot be pressed together.

Bug..... Ok so the bug has been around for as long as I can remember... Last season and current season (since I mainly played those two seasons)... Basically what happens is that my ult does not last the full 5 seconds it should be lasting. I have had times were I only live for 2 or 3 seconds. I am not sure how to recreate those. I have played quiet a few games vs Nasus were this happens so I know he is one cause of this.. Still I am not exactly sure how it happens but I believe I instantly die after ulting if he ults on top of me. So I ult and do not even last a second.
