account transferring on its own

I made an account in EUNE about a year and half ago when I was in Kuwait ign: Asphentora . and I recently transferred to NA due to my university being in Canada and everything was going good, until today the 12th of November 2015 around 9 p.m. ottawa, ON. time when I was joining a draft normal game with a friend my account suddenly started transferring and closed the game client. I tried to log in again in NA but kept on telling me wrong user name or password, so I went to check if it actually transferred on its own and checked EUNE back again and I just logged in like I've never even transferred to begin with. Can someone help me with what's going on ? like I didn't purchase a transfer back or anything. It may be 's work but it's unlikely that he would do such a satanic thing. P.S.: everything I bought when I was in NA didn't disappear or anything, so it's just like a regular transfer.
