Spells bug on champ select [CRASH]

So I was Playing league and i decided to play ranked and when i go in i wanted to change my spells and when i changed it the game becomes blurry and i cant do anything and the time ends because i cant select a champ and i lose 3 lp then started another game and lost 10 LP because of that bug
