Key bindings in game don't work

Occasionally when I get into a game my key bindings won't work I have to individually click on each icon including summoner spells and B to use them Its really frustrating because I've ran the repair tool at least 3 times, and I'm still having this happen almost every game, I try disconnecting and reconnecting and it doesn't work, has anyone had a chance to figure this out or something? Pls my elo can't take this
