El Macho Mundo W Uses Default Skin's Effects

On the El Macho Mundo skin the flames on his W are the same as his default skin and are lacking the fists that are supposed to be there.

Hi hi! Thanks for the report! We've got a fix in for this in testing on PBE at the moment. It should go to live in 8.9. :)
