X3r41h Exploit Causes him to hit all units in game from fountain

Have you guys seen this? It looks like all the posts about this particular issue are being downvoted into oblivion so I had to whip out my inner 90s kid to identify the champ.

Please disable this champion until it is fixed. Thank you fam <3
