All Hextech Items Disappeared

I brought a set of 11 Hextech craft today. After opened them all I cant see the things I got (include old items) . The only things I can see is the blue, orange Essence, and Gemstones. Is this bugged? All the stuffs is missing. Omg I'm so sad. Can anyone help me please!!
