can taliyah cast e when her is being used
- when playing taliyah i noticed that i can not cast Unraveled Earth(E) right after i cast Seismic Shove(W) till the ability is fully done with it's animation. This does not feel like it was intended for it to be like this make the combo not feel fluid to do. thank you for replys and comments. also do not know how to fix the title of the post.
