League breaking internet speed

When league is open - its runs fine - but it makes my computer internet speed go from 800 Mbps to 25. Does anyone know how to fix this? I would like to be able to do other things on my pc while running league but it sucks all the bandwidth out the window. This did not used to happen. I have completely rebuilt the entire pc all the way down to the motherboard and i am also running the newest i7 processor.

That's normal my dude League seems to literally EAT through the data being sent to it from router. I've never had so many internet problems as i've had playing this game. I also play Overwatch, MHW, Dark souls 3, EDF 5 & Iron Rain, Fate/Extella link, WoW, HoTS, Hearthstone, Crusader Kings 2, Stellaris & Quite a few others and they never cause my internet to run slow. Playing league? Entire household slow.
