bug with chat restiction

weird bug on the 10 game restriction went game 1 of being restricted with being able to chat in all and normal with no limit was saying gg nice play etc in all (doint know if restriction was put in place during the game which could explain) then 2nd game bugsplated at launch and kept saying next message available at 4 min 20 min in game
