[GAMEPLAY] Minor Visual glitch with new pinging system

When both leveling up a skill and pinging it at the same times or similar times, sometimes it may keep the "level up" icon, but its grayed out and will NEVER leave until either a reset or the end of the match. Got inconsistent replication for different champions, though the champ I discovered it on was Zac, while leveling up and pinging my E. Very minor, but can be irritating, and figured would point it out in case it led to any other bugs.
