Rune disconnect

When I play and I'm in the champion select screen in ARAM I can't reroll, change runes, or swap champs with another player without disconnecting. When I choose a new rune page or try to edit a rune page it disconnects me and when I reconnect it shows that I have the old runes. Does anyone know what going on here?
