I have a issue with my internet :( (PLS HELP ME)

Today I just start waiting to queue up and I had to wait 10 min - 3 games. When I was at the end of the 10 min ban, a window popped out with a message saying: We are attempting to automatically reconnect you to League of Legends. If your internet connection is otherwise ok, check our support page for possible solutions.

btw my internet was ok because I was talking with one of my friends at the same time.

every time when I have ban and I have to wait 10 or 30min I have this bug. PLS HELP
