accepting game bug

When i am in queue to enter a game most of the time i can't even see the accept button and i will see a notification that i left the queue.. and even when i can see that i can accept i press on the buton and nothing happens. after a while i will left the queue automatically and again get a notification that i didn't accept. this comes to a point that i need to wait 30 minutes till i can queue again and even than i have the same problem. i have this problem for a few days now and i can't even play league anymore becaus of this. somebody know how to fix this bug by myself?
