Bug about level up

Hello, I am having issues on level ups and this is happening every game. At some point during the game, for example when i am level 11 and i pass level 12 i should up upgrade only one spell ( Q W or E) but instead of clicking one time, there is like 4 or 5 + , i can upgrade 3 times the Q spell and 2 times another. It's like i didn't upgrade those spells for 4 or 5 levels. Have u ever seen this bug ? If you do how do i fix it please ?
