Custom item sets not loading mostly [Client]/ somewhat [Gameplay]

The item sets I save (presumably to my computer) are getting deleted after I log out, and old fixes I read on the forums don't seem to apply (not the right folders since I got a new computer and have only had newer game versions on it).

It's kind of a pain in the butt to make 15 item sets and have them get deleted only to make more and have the same thing happen. If there's already a fix using the latest version of the game (the only one I've had on this computer) (for date reference and anyone looking this up later the current version on my pc is 0.0.1.124.

Any help would be appreciated.
