Requiem just looks at literally any non-dead Champion and puts a debuff on it, Wish restores their HP (or attempts to, in the case of a Kindred R). You have to be invulnerable or immune to any damage effects, including non-targeted ones, to evade Requiem.

The untargetability thing isn't true. You can dodge karthus R with untargetability.
