So, you can be ulted by in 's Death Realm. Since drags you to the Death Realm which is a different dimension (essentially making you both untargetable by allies and enemies); then you should not be able to get ulted by . I believe this deserves a look.

What are you even talking about? To my knowledge, it goes like this:

Karthus R > Mordekaiser R > Only people outside of the Death Realm get hit
Mordekaiser R > Karthus R > Only champions inside the Death Realm (most cases only Mordekaiser) get hit.

So, I ask again: what are you talking about exactly?

Karthus and Soraka ults ignore untargetability and location entirely. Requiem just looks at literally any non-dead Champion and puts a debuff on it, Wish restores their HP (or attempts to, in the case of a Kindred R). You have to be invulnerable or immune to any damage effects, including non-targeted ones, to evade Requiem.
