LolClient.exe has stopped working

This is been a reoccurring issue that has only occurred after the 6.1 patch. This happens when: A) I click on my icon to change it B) After I click accept on my games. (making me dodge because the client force closes) Honestly, it's just annoying and would like an explanation to why this is happening and if there is a possible fix to it.

Yes, I have restarted my computer, and restarted LoL multiple times if anyone was going to give an answer like that :/
