Watch Reward Bug?

This is the third week this has happened to me. Currently logged in @ https://watch.na.lolesports.com/en_US/lcs/en and not receiving credit in game or on the rewards page for watching matches. Streaming NA matches yesterday/today and have no credit.

This has happened in previous weeks for me as well. I watch live usually every weekend and when I don't, I'll stream the vods while I'm at work before the end of the credit week.

Anyone else experience this? Any solution/direction I can take to have the credit for watching fixed?
