Darius' Noxian Guillotine is a movement spell????

I am pretty sure this is a bug and all since when casts her Miasma and cuts off movement spells. Yet it turns off Darius's Ult as well when its not a movement spell. Strange.
Someone in Aram I played with told me this and I found it odd that it did that so I had him come and test it out with me. Myself being the Darius and Him being Cassiopia.
's W should technically stop it as well. Though not sure if it goes on full CD or not.
