Kindred E Issue

I don't know what else to say, everytime i cast my E ability (Mounting Dread) inside of my ult, the E stacks wont apply - the ideal way to win a dual is to get 2 stacks and apply the last hit once the ult ends, kind of annoying that i can't play around this when my e stacks don't apply.
