[CLIENT] Download page cannot be found error.

My problem started when I encountered a RADS error when trying to get my launcher to open, I followed all the provided steps from similar posts, deleted the rads file and re installed and all that, despite this it continued to read the RADS error, so I decided to try uninstalling and re-installing. Now my problem lies in that I cannot get the download page to work, I have tried for a while with no success, firewall is not blocking it, my spyware and malware are not touching it, but it still will not let me download it from any site I try. Please help.
