When releasing your "R" as Quinn the hails of arrows doesn't always drop to damage nearby enemies. This is mainly for minions as I have not seen this bug when a champion is nearby and it is a intermittent bug. I've missed some cs that was at like 50 hp and I thought I release my ult to kill that and start on the rest, ult doesn't drop and my q doesnt clear the back wave without that damage :(.

Kevlarnx1 votesIt happened about 50% of the time when i was in the middle of a minion wave without any enemy champions nearby. I was in the middle of a game and I haven't gone back to test it but i have some ideas. Let me get back to you.
