Hi, ive been trying the New viktor skin on pbe, and have noticed that at least while going into the practice tool it's not showing the art for the loading screen. I don't know where to post this so I'll just post it here and hope a riot employee finds it.
When new skins and sometimes reworks come out on the PBE the art for them is not done, so there is nothing to show on the loading screen. It basically happens with every new skin release, expect to see the Viktor splash art revealed and put onto the loading screen in the next couple days.
