I mean, think of it as a blitzcrank hook, did it hit you before you flashed? NO, it's undodgable, unflashable. The thing about a hook, is that it has to connect to the character before it counts as a hit, not that you have to start an animation and it's automatically a hit, I mean, what if every ability would be like that? Ahri charm, you need to start your animation and it automatically hits? That's a Darius hook
