Summoner Profiles after deleting a contacts

After deleting a friend from my contacts I am unable to view anyone's summoner profile or my own. The issue is resolved after closing LoL and logging back in after reopening the program however repeats whenever a friend is deleted. The issue reoccurred after a repair as well.
