[GAMEPLAY] xerath gamechanging E stun bug

• Server: EUNE • Type of Bug: Ingame • Description: So I played a game of sivir bot lane vs xerath support, and I noticed that my spell shield doesn't block the xerath E stun but only its damage. This bug happend 100% of the time I tried to spell shield his stun and every single time it only blocked the damage but not the stun. I dont really know how to upload the replay so ill just send a link to the game match history at the bottom. In addition to sivir spell shield, i found out from LL sylish recent youtube video, that this bug happend even with edge of night spell shield.
