[GAMEPLAY] Yasuo's tornado is ready but not really (pseudo-circle)

First post ever. Thought this bug would eventually be picked up and resolved but its been at least a year and I still get it here and there.

I don't know how to reproduce it perfectly but its happened at least 10-20 times in the past 1-2 years at least.

Normally, if you successfully stack Yasuo's Q twice, a ring appears around Yasuo which indicates his tornado is ready and the range of that tornado. After the tornado is cast, the ring disappears.

When the bug happens, this ring does NOT disappear after the tornado is cast. The ring persists even after I ult. It persists until the ult's armour penetration effect expires. This is annoying because some Yasuo players like myself would instinctively think the tornado is ready, and repeatedly cast Q only to look like an idiot stabbing the air.

This only happens when I ult in. The ring has never persisted from the tornado being cast alone.

Anyone else ever experienced this issue?
