Pre-Game Load Freeze + Reconnect Issue

[Gameplay] - Not Relevent

[Client] - 5.15 (latest patch) - Running Windows 7 64-bit

[Crash] - Pre-game loading menu freezes shortly after connection. Client freezes - Close or wait for program to respond.

If you wait - Doesn't reconnect (waited 8 minutes) If you close - Sometimes will freeze again.

I've had this issue 3 times The first time I tried reconnecting immediately - the client informed me I couldn't connect, I closed and reconnected from "You've d/c'd" menu - that portion doesn't close when the pre-game loading disappears after freeze-issue.

I do ALT+TAB out usually between champ-select and pre-game loading. I do not alt+tab out after the freeze issue happens once.
